Submit ManuscriptThe Alaska Law Review is a scholarly publication at Duke University School of Law dedicated to the examination of legal issues affecting the state of Alaska.
ALR welcomes manuscript submissions concerning legal topics specifically relevant to Alaska. This does not mean, however, that we are interested only in state law issues; ALR also seeks articles concerned with federal issues of special importance to Alaska. In particular, we welcome articles that will help practioners in Alaska with new or complex issues.
Authors should adhere to the guidelines below when submitting manuscripts. The deadline for submissions to our Winter 2025 issue is August 1, 2025. The deadline for our Summer 2026 issue will be December 1, 2025.
